Workaround - unable to load background in Firefox 3.6

There seems to be a possible problem in Fast Dial 2.23b1 when using Firefox 3.6

The symptom is that the Fast Dial Background cannot be changed.

First noted in this thread

A simple workaround is suggested here

A fix of the Fast Dial code would be more elegant !!!

Well, it seem easier to me to just go to C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\PROFILE.default\fastdial\themes\current\ and replace the background image with another with the same name, after that just hit refresh and it's done ;) very easy
