Is it related to the high UL traffic?

Well, not much traffic lately. I see about 150 guests online vs 1000 when people were upgrading. Looks like new VPS server assigned for UL database is performing poorly.

Yes what do you think
Have a little logo on the Fast Dial page.
Checks to see if Userlogos is working or not (say every five minutes)
If working then displays UL working sign

What do you think ? :-)
