2.3 Update went bad

I know developers don't often respond to reviews but I am hoping that you might make an exception this time. This is such a popular add-on and so many users are disappointed with the 2.3 release.
My problems with the new release include:
Options are inaccessible, right-click to add is gone, and toolbar icon disappeared. This was my favorite add-on until this update. Went back to 1.9 till this is fixed, please hurry with fixes!
I'm terribly confused why such an awesome application was so drastically altered. Thanks for listening!

went back to 1.9, b4 I seen this, and now all prior bookmarks are gone, Still looking for that file you mentioned, but no luck.
