Whats the best extension to do this?

Import/Export from different Profiles.

FEBE, i think.

Go to Tools>FEBE>FEBE Options. Click on Selective (under Backup Type).
There you can choose what to back up.

Tried it, can only do all of my extensions, I want to select paticular ones.

For that, do Tools>FEBE>Quick Backup.
