Just copy the entire folder...
The taboo.sqlite file holds the information, while the pictures just hold all of the preview stuff.

It basically bookmarks the page you're on, remembers the location (how far you've scrolled), a thumbnail, the exact state of the page (on cnn, for example, old news, I think), and the filled text boxes.

Submitted by sjdvda on Sat, 11/01/2008 - 20:20Taboo is one of the most useful extensions for Firefox. I've been using it since a month or two and I haven't got any problems.
@jmarkybb
A little tip for you, I hope it helps!
Next time you have to get a screenshot, use the Print Screen (or Prt Scr) key on your keyboard (only found on full QWERTY keyboards), this will add the image of your screen to the clipboard (i.e. Place where copied items are stored). Then open paint and select "Edit>paste" or press Ctrl-V on your keyboard. You have your image!! Just save it and upload it to picamatic, photobucket or any image hosting site
Note: Holding Alt While pressing the Print Screen key saves only the image of the current window, this is useful if you don't want the start menu to appear in your picture.
BTW there's no need to be sorry, you're not annoying anyone here, everybody is glad to help!!

Top call! :-)
I still have so many questions, I thought I was so computer savvy, Noooooooooooo, I am not, but I am learning loads, cheers.

screenshot captor is an interesting program to use for taking pictures of the screen or part of it
If you leave things as they are when you download it, it works quite well.
