You did not get any from me, but I have some ideas:
* Your reflection is not so good. The logo should gradually Disappear, yours is just flipped and set to a lower opacity.
* Bevel does not look good on light fonts and skinny lines.
* One can tell you just took the transparent gif from the forum and enlarged it cause the image is blurry.
The logo is fairly simple. If it were me who created it, I would have drawn everything from scratch.

Well I didnt make the logo disappear on purpose because you can theoratically have 100% reflection on a surface, I kinda got tired of doing the same thing. And I got the image from the forum but enlarging a low resolution picture is a big no-no so yeah I never enlarge pictures cause obviously it lowers the quality. Thanks for the feed back on bevel though. But the thing is there are many frankly aweful logos uploaded on here blurry ones, tacky ones and low resolutions ones and I havent seen them getting thumbs down. anyway thanks for the feedback again.
yes, a lot of bad logos do get uploaded. I'm not proud of some of my work back when I started making logos here. even some of the new ones I made are not so great.
also I do not see the point of uploading logos with a white / black / colored background
I even had someone go through all my logos (when there were around 50-60 of them) and cast a negative vote on each one of them (never found out who did this or the reason why and to be honest: I don't really care)
fact is: there is a certain standard on this site and what people expect to see.
sometimes they like your work, sometimes they don't.
go through some of the tutorials, that may help. also check your logos against a black and a white background.
just don't let the negative votes bring you down ;)

Alright cheers and you are right really I guess a transparent background should do the job no need to have black or white. :)
By the way giving minus to 50 - 60 of your logos sounds creepy whoever did it had an obsession.
