A new Version of Fast Dial Version 2.23b3 has been uploaded to AMO

This Version addresses a problem encountered by Fast Dial users, who found that Version 2.23b2 did not load into a new tab in Firefox Version 4.0b1/4.0b2/4.0b3...

Many thanks to the Kirill Elagin, the author of this new Version for coming up so quickly with a fix to this problem

- Workarounds to problems with Fast Dial blank screen and Firefox 3.5+

- Workaround: unable to load background in Firefox 3.6

-Problems with installation of Fast Dial with current Version of Norton NIS in Firefox 3.6

-Problems with the installation of Fast Dial with the current Version of Bitdefender

There seems to be a possible problem in Fast Dial 2.23b1 when using Firefox 3.6

The symptom is that the Fast Dial Background cannot be changed.
