Right Click "Add to Fast Dial" folder ">" missing.

Fast Dial 4.14.2
When you right click on a page and select "Add to Fast Dial" the ">" to add it to an existing folder goes missing. Uninstalling/Reinstalling Fast Dial does not fix the issue.
I then restore Firefox from backup folder backup\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla, and it works for a day or 2 and the ">" goes missing again.
