blank page; no icon; no thumbnails; initial page;
No icon folder on fast dial home page addon

Hello,
I have Firefox 38.0.5: I use Fast dial addon version 4.12.1.
But the initial page are blank, without icon, thumbnails.
On other old realase of Firefox, 36.0.1,on the same computer, fast dial work perfectly.
Why ?
