Всегда думал, что это все вместе программы от Адобе так называются.

I used Google Translate to understand what you meant.
Adobe Fireworks is a picture editing program that is mainly designed to create web content, It was called Macromedia Fireworks before Adobe bought Macromedia. It supports both vector and bitmap images.
BTW Most of my logos here were made using Fireworks, some were made using PS and some using Paint.NET
