Dissapearing boxes

I have found that sometimes the boxes in Fast Dial just disappear; for no apparent reason.

This image shows Netflix in the Fast Dial Bookmark list, but it's missing from Fast Dial, where was in row 2, box 3.
What would cause this and is there a way to recover the lost boxes when it does; so I don't have to redue the images in the boxes, etc.

I have found that this is a bug and it occurs for those thumbnails that were drag-n-dropped in Sort: Auto mode. They disappear when Sort mode is switched to None. I will fix this error in the next Fast Dial update. In fact bookmarks don't disappear, they just aren't shown in Sort: None mode due to an error. You can still access them in other sort modes or though browsers Bookmark Manager.
