Try looking around in Basic Functions on this site.
There you will find:
Mafi0z's
Fully Transparent Logos Tutorial
As you will discover this degree of Transparency cannot be achieved in Firefox 2.

the box in there was for themoviebox.net, which is a fantastic site, but the icon sux and was for temporary use. I'm working on something now.
