Ok so I'm using SimpleMail as a reader backend but I don't want it to download mail.

What I do is the following:

1. Check mail in SimpleMail
2. See if the headers are interesting
3. Open mail client (=PuTTY) to download and read mail.
4. Refresh SimpleMail to clean out all the mail

Problem is, SimpleMail seems to keep old mail there instead of actually mirroring the state of my mail account.

An option for this would be nice.
