I am happy with Simple Mail and it worked great with no hassles. It does freak out once a day at random pretending to be loading a message and it won't stop unless you close Firefox. I don't think it's an extension or plug-in acting up that needs to be disabled. I have 2.74 and I never used Simple Mail before this I always used Thunderbird but didn't care for the newest version of Thunderbird. I would also love to change the military time to regular time if possible. The envelopes are flashing as I type this pretending to be loading messages. Thanks
