Hello,

I've recently installed the Simple Mail add-on (Firefox 9.01, Simple Mail version 2.80.2, Windows 7).

When I enter my 1and1.com information (my domain name is libogroup.com; but the imap server is imap.1and1.com), I receive an error message when trying to retrieve the mail:

[imap.1and1.com:143] Connection failed.

All of the information is entered correctly -- is there something else I need to do (on the domain side) to enable Simple Mail to retrieve my messages?
