fastdial open in new page

Hi all!
I really like FastDial and I have been an avid user since 3.* series.
However in the 4x releases there has been this bug that I found quite annoying: whenever i shift-click or right click->"open in new page" on a link, a new firefox window appears, but instead of the site content, I can only see fastdial page.
If i shift click on fastdial links they correctly open in new windows, but anywhere else fastdial takes precedence. This does not happen for tabs.
Has anyone experienced something like this?

I assume this feature works for you?
