Hey guys,

this bug hasn't been reported until now (hopefully, at least).

I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20081228 Shiretoko/3.1b3pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) ID:20081228032813 and updated to v2.14 (from 2.11).
Since Shiretoko's restart, I'm experiencing two different issues:

- whenever my mouse-cursor is hovering the menu- / URL-bar, the stuff is shown, but as soon as the cursor moves downwards (and crosses the tab-bar while doing so) the menu- and URL-bar get hidden (which basically disables any browsing, because CTRL+T+typing an URL isn't recognized until the cursor hovers the menu- or URL-bar again)

- CTRL+T opens a blank page (which hasn't even blank cells like v2.11 did) with the url-bar (when shown) not having any "chrome://"-stuff inside, but instead the tab's label has the chrome-URL

Please: fix this/these bug/s as I _love_ Fast Dial, but also love to use Shiretoko-nightly..
