Fastdial is not allowing website to be addressed directly or via redirection.

Example1: enter "firefox www.foxnews.com" from the RUN box or via script. Fastdial opens a new windows but never passes the URL to said window.

This also affects Firefox's ability to update plugins.

Example2: Go to "Add-ons Manager". Go to "Plugins". Press the button for "Check to see if your plugins are up to date". A new window opens (should be a new tab), but you never go to Mozilla's plugin page.

Disable Fastdial and the default functions return except "Example2" still opens in a new window vs a tab.

I don't know at which version or when this stared, but it has been out there for a while. Today was my first chance to sit and go through each extension to find the cause. I use a script to launch my time sheet and noticed that a new Firefox window would open but it never went to the time sheet page unless i typed in the URL.
