Using Fast Dial 2.11

I used to be able to "dial" in Fast dial. If I had nested folders I could

Press Alt
Press and Release 1
Press and Release 1
Press and Release 1
Release Alt

This would take me to whatever I had set on the third level of my nested folder structure.

Or if I did

Press Alt
Press and Release 1
Press and Release 2
Press and Release 3
Release Alt

It would take me into the first folder, then tn that second folder's scheme, it would go to it's second folder, then to the 3rd bookmark in that last folder.

That doesn't work at all now. I seem to only be able to set an arbitrary hotkey on each individual folder of bookmark.

I've tried virgin installs on Ubuntu and Windows no other extensions... and it still will not work.

I also no longer see an option to change the global hot key.
