you have color picker and eye dropper

as well as web page dom colour analyser (amazing)

That box in my setup is like this

That black colour in that box comes I believe from Windows colour settings or Firefox settings.

You should be able to work that out by deduction

Try playing around with those and you will see

In windows a Setting like high contrast black if you have it.

Black in that box is a lot better there than white.
