I would like the option to manage Fast Dial Folder Cells in a different manner

Since the wonderful Move function, it seems there is no more the need to move manually other cells  to the folder cells

As a result of this there is no longer a need to have Folder Cells in the Root

At the moment I have moved all the Folders which were in the root to one single Folder folder which itself stays in the root.

I find this is the simplest option for the moment

I feel there might be another approach to this question

I certainly find having 50 or so Folder cells in the root cumbersome

For the moment I have found a fairly satisfactory workaround to this question

Preferences/General / Quantity    3 horizontal 2 vertical

With a setting of two vertical, this leads to the creation of separate Pages

With this option it is possible to scroll through any number of Pages in increments of two, in the Folder's Folder .
As a back cell remains in every single one of the many individual pages it an easy matter to return to the Root if necessary

And the root can remain now extremely small

This setup is very elegant and extremely practical

EDIT

The presence of the Status bar stops the page system working

So using Edit / Find in Firefox/Pale Moon one loses the Page scrolling function
