I find for one reason or another that my FD cells tend to roam around quite alot

I think this is a by product of heavy use and is probably caused by inadvertent mouse moves

My request is that the position of the cells be lockable in Preferences or Properties

But toggleable so one can move the cells when required

New cells created by add to Fast Dial would be added in the usual way but would not be able to be moved if lock was on
