For me all my logos have disappeared

I also assume - that this is a permissions issue.
But I find it strange that it goes awry.

You use The Drupal CMS?

Have been in touch with Gumanov
He has confirmed that this is a permissions issue.

He said that he has been working on this question but is getting server errors.

Update

Description of problem

the permissions settings in the mysql database are incomplete..
i have been trying to rebuild them, but it results in a memory error.

PHP out of memory error to be more specific..
And it's not an issue with the php.ini memory_limit, already verified.
I'm looking into it..
