Firstly, fantastic program and well appreciated, despite the bugs, thanks.

Drag and drop rearrangement of icons on pages, particularly large screen (in this case 10 rows by 16 columns) single screen, last row only is scrolled vertically. Icons on upper 5 rows work ok but lower row positioning is erratic, icons either jump 1 or 2 rows beneath desired location or if selected on lower 2 rows do not move at all. Reducing size of browser window exacerbates problem, icons refuse to move or appear in arbitrary locations.

Win XP SP3, Firefox 3.5.30729, FastDial 2.22 and also on 2.23b1, All other add-ons disabled, problem on two separate machines.

Workaround, maximise the browser window, reduce the number of icons shown per page (use folders), fix smaller thumbnail sizes, however these are not always ideal. Switching off the Search bar and reducing Active and Inactive thumbnail icon margins to zero reduces the problem (more icons less wasted space), additionally dragging the icon you wish to move, onto the thumbnail holder in the row above the desired location, places it into the correct row below, if more rows are on screen thumbnails may have to be moved 2 or more rows above for desired result, scrollable columns cause even more erratic behaviour.

It seems the problem is related to a difference in the browser window size, and the overall scrollable window size at any given browser session.
