Kind of New and having a problem

Hi! I've been using FastDial for several weeks to refresh FaceBook app pages. It's supposed to refresh the pages every 20 minutes. Lately, I've noticed that it's not refreshing. It can go several hours and not refresh. Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

On the cell that you wish to have auto-refresh on

right click properties
then advanced
and make your settings there in

refresh every ...
