Wrong default page and no back < page!
andrew1506 —Thu, 06/27/2013 - 12:08
Hi, my default or start page when I click on the Icon on my tool bar take me to a sub folder rather than the main folder, also there is no 'back' page so I cant navigate out of the sub folder. If i click on the bookmarks menu I can see the main folder and all sub folders but for some reason fast dial wont pick that up? If i check the library again i can see all! I have attached some pic to hopefully show my problem!

This is actually a sub folder but appears as my default/main folder when clicked on the fast dial tool bar icon.

Submitted by telega on Thu, 06/27/2013 - 19:10Yes, I meant this. It should had helped, otherwise I don't know how to help. You can also try to go to "about:config" page, find "extensions.fastdial.root" parameter and set it to the bookmark id of the "Fast Dial" folder or just reset it, and Fast Dial will try to find its folder automatically.

Submitted by telega on Fri, 06/28/2013 - 11:16Type "about:config" into browser url and press Enter - a confirmation page appears, then click the button to confirm that you will be careful. A page with a list of browser properties opens. Type "fast" into Search field - a list of Fast Dial properties will be displayed. Right-click on "extensions.fastdial.root" property and choose Reset from the context menu. Then try to open Fast Dial page again.

Thank you so much that worked a treat apart from having to go back to this page trying to remember what I was looking for or had to do lol.
Any ideas what might have caused that?
Any way many thanks again :-)
