Install Fails

I am unable to install Fast Dial 2.22b. I am using Firefox 3.0.8.
After download, and an attempt to install, I get the following Windows error:

because: Unexpected installation error
Review the Error Console log for more details.

Error: e.location.getItemLocation(e.id) is undefined

Opening the log shows:
var itemLocation = e.location.getItemLocation(e.id).QueryInterface(Ci.nsILocalFile);
(bottom of the dialog shows: Line 4082, Col 7)
In case it helps/matters... I backed up my firefox from my other PC and restored it to this PC.
I have 2 Fast dial context menu options when in a browser. One shows a submenu that does not open. The other is just a line menu.
(I miss it.)

Or try from Userlogos here

As a matter of curiosity did you do this backup and restore using a Full Profile Backup in FEBE ?
