Submitted by Mafia_Penguin on Tue, 03/10/2009 - 19:34Go to here and click on the Tutorials button. You can use any image editing program, but GIMP (Free and Open source), Adobe Illustrator ($599), Photoshop ($699-999), or Fireworks ($299) are recommended.

Fireworks
Photoshop
As you can see, paid products are spendy but produce slightly better results. Or it could just be me being bad at GIMP. I sure hope not >.<
