Centre links in the middle of the page

Rather then having my links start at the very top of the blank page can I have it centered in the middle of the page?
Have been racking my brain on how to do this and can't find any help in the FAQ or Features.
Basically I just want to have one line of folders in the middle of the screen inside fast Dial.

Hide empty boxes
If this is selected then all cells without URLs will not be shown
So one could I suppose create a central group of cells with URLs/Folders in with blank cells around
Downside is that if one saved a URL with Add to Fast Dial it would mess up the display
It would be useful if drag and drop to move cells still functions correctly
