Transparency in FD 2.22b

I have used fast dial for a while now, however, I just recently started trying to use transparent logos. After looking over everyone's ways of using transparent logos, I have discovered that no one has these updated for 2.22b, with the customization menu changes. I have every cell that can take a color in the preferences window as transparent, but still, when I use a transparent logo, which I have checked to make sure it is transparent, it still has a white background in FD. I have searched forum topics and I have scoured the help pages, and found nothing. Thank you in advance for your help.

Submitted by telega on Sun, 01/11/2009 - 14:54You must be using Firefox 3.1.x or above, it has a bug, which causes all transparent snapshots to have white background. Firefox 3.0.x works fine. If anybody is interested, the bug is listed here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469170

Submitted by telega on Mon, 01/12/2009 - 01:43You can install Firefox 3.0.x without deleting your FF 3.1. Run FF 3.0 and refresh all the thumbnails you like. Then return back to 3.1, they all will remain transparent.
