Suggestion: Lose the 'Help' link (v2.22b)

That new Help link is really untidy: when the search bar is disabled it causes the cells to displace down and leave an empty gap at the top. Could we have an option to turn it off or, better still, move the link to the context menu where it probably belongs?

PS: while you're at it, could you take a look at the forum captcha? It seems to be telling my alternately that my cookies are disabled, that the "captcha token" is invalid, and that my (obviously correct) answer is wrong. This is attempt 9+

I can't imagine how this is possible, because Help link is positioned absolutely and doesn't affect cells layout at all. Maybe you have some Stylish style that conflicts with the Help link?
