What happend to FastDail?!?!
My goodness!
I updated FD yesterday and shut down. As starting today Firefox looks like rubbish!
- The Tab pane is twice as big
- the window titel also.
- I got lots of toolbars that i disabled recently
- the update rearranged my FD links, now some are missing but i have new one i don´t want and i don´t need
I really like FD a lot and mentioned to many friends of mine BUT:
aaarrrg, makes me crazy to start my browser and erverythings changed. Now i have to spent a lot of time to put it back.
The doubled tab and window title space makes the readable page too small so i think i have to disable FD until a working update is around.
Sorry guys, but this update is a mess! Hope you can fix this soon... :-)

The tab bar problem is not a big deal
There was a very convenient Fast Dial Tab Icon, that worked fine.
However TMP also puts an icon there
Result bigger tabs.
It is a simple matter to disable the TMP icon.
Because of not knowing the cause, and the complaints, the Tab Icon has been removed in Version 2.16 which is a shame.

After a few minutes deleting the new speed dials, and trying to restore my bottom 3 buttons from the 2nd page, I gave up. I've now switched to using Speed Dial, which I'm already much happier with. I'll never go back to Fast dial, and will be sure to apologise to the few people I originally recommended it to.

A little more patience and understanding and you will see that 2.15 is quite amazing

I think I'm going to have to find an alternative now.

So what if the default search engine can be changed back?! That is a crazy argument. It should not have been changed in the first place! Same goes for removing tabs to replace them with sponsors.
This version is a total joke and I will not be returning to this plugin.
