There is a roadmap or plans to develop the Fast Dial extension to the browsers Chromium and Google Chrome?

There is some way to save the logo path into Favorites schema of browser to not lost it?

There is some way to sync the Favorites between browsers as delicious.com persistent store?

No, there're no plans to develop Fast Dial for Chrome.
You can paste logo URL into Properties dialog Logo textbox.
I'm not familiar with delicious.com, but as far as I know you can sync your bookmarks using Firefox Sync. Once you do it, Fast Dial data is also synchronized, except for thumbnails which are refreshed when you open Fast Dial page for the first time.

The field Description is saved with Firefox Favorites, then I paste the Logo URL into this field, but if I need reinstall Firefox, after the account sync, I still need to copy all Description content to Logo field manually.

Maybe a meta variable {{description}} put into Logo field resolve the issue. Or invert the internal position of fields into the Properties form.

If you use Firefox Sync to synchronize bookmarks, all fields are saved correctly. Or you can go to "Bookmarks Menu > Show All Bookmarks", then use "Import and Backup > Export Bookmarks to HTML" menu to export bookmarks. Then use "Import Bookmarks from HTML" to import.

There is a Chrome extension called "Fast Dial for Chrome" that drive mad offers similar functionality to the Firefox add-on of the same name. It allows users to customize their new tab page with bookmarks and other links, and provides features such as thumbnail previews and folder support.
