Bluewin logo: transparent background, glow, borderline around text

Would anybody like to create the Bluewin logo for me?
I would like to have a glow effect, transparent background and a borderline around the text (so I can use it for every background color).
For the rest you can feel free in designing =)

WOW, this looks all very very beautiful, thanks a lot!!!

I use bluewin.ch and not bluewin.com but the logos can be used for both Homepages. They are the same.
