Request for new works project logo

Quick bit of background....I work for the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland)..we have started a project to mdify one of our works cars for use on the modified car scene...the car chosen is a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8...the logo has to be clear as it will be used on car stickers, promotional material and T-Shirts etc
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP?
Logo reuirements and ideas:
Must contain the letters PSNI
Preferably a cartoon style or line drawing of a Mitsubishi Evo 8...movement would be excellent (like the Mitsubishi logo on the search function) just a basic line drawing to give the resemblance of the car....but with lines coming from it hinting at movement (apologies for such a poor description
The words "Project Evolution Cruising" or similar to show that this is a project to do with the car cruising scene
I know its a tall order, but might be a nice reward to know that the logo designed could be seen by thousands across the UK

Sorry, but unfortunately your request violates the policy of userlogos.org.
The community does not create new Logos for whatever purpose, but has been founded to exclusively recreate or modify logos of websites to use them in the fastdial extension for the firefox webbrowser.
People here are designing on a non-professional basis and do this in their free time. You should better hire a professional graphics designer for your purpose, this also has to do with copyrights etc.
