When I woke up this mornign I wasn't expecting to find this in the headlines!

Sounds like Google really wants to get rid of Microsoft!

No I don't plan on switching to it. I use Ubuntu (And windows) right now and am going to stick with them. Unless Google chrome OS can offer more than Ubuntu I think I might try it but not much more. I don't think google is going to put much work into the desktop part of things. They are aiming at integration with their online applications. Although that's great, there just aren't enough cloud programs out there for me to switch to a OS that doesn't feature good desktop support.

I think it's going to be a P.O.S. like every other OS. At least till the 2nd issue (OR SP2 if you're a Microsoft user)
I'm satisfied (not happy) how Vista SP2 is behaving on my machine and I do not plan to switch to anything else until forced to.

Google's chrome OS will probably be something closer to the URL of http://google.com/ChromeOperatingSystem or Google.com/Chrome or GOogle.com/CHrome/OperatingSystem- NOT on GOolge Sites.

Oh. I didn't notice that. I have heard of this os as well, but I was really hoping it would be the official version.

If it's anything like their browser, it will be too simple for me.
Windows for me, but only because of the compatibility with EVERYTHING.
