Please check out Stylish Nostalgia Icons (to use old icons in new Version)

Probably can be edited to suit, but have not tried as yet.

There are a number of previous options that are spoken of as now being permanently removed.

Have installed all the styles you mentioned here - looks much better!

Edited the 'Nostalgia Icons' style so it's the old icon on the status bar but still the new one on the add-ons panel - looks very nice.
