I was very frustrated with the previous update of fast dial. It ruined all my organisation/configuration. I have multiple pages where links are sorted into lines rather than just one after another, but that was reversed. I also had pictures for some of the pages and that all disappeared. And the subpages had a different configuration (e.g. the front page was 6x5 while a subpage was 4x4) that I cannot replicate now.

I don't see the point in updating if every time I do I have to spend 30 minutes resorting it (I have about 100 webpages). This seems to be a major and unnecessary obstacle to using this add-on and I won't recommend it to others with such problems. Not sure if the latest update will once again reset my configuration, but I'm not going to chance it.

Is it impossible to address these problems? Is there a workaround?
