+ Added "Mark read timeout" option in preferences, General tab
+ Added "Popup notification" option with possible values "On every message/Summary/None" in preferences, General tab
+ Added possibility to add custom smiles to SM smiles menu - click ellipsis in smiles menu.
+ Images are displayed in maximum 250x250 size, clicking on image opens it in full size in a new tab.
+ Reply header is configurable: adjust "extensions.fastdial.reply" preference in "about:config" page
