• Temporary fix: Modified fastdial.js to set "view_source.tab" to false.

             This disables Firefox 42's feature of opening "View Page Source" in a new tab (which is not compatible with Fast Dial v4.12).
             It will open in a new window instead, like in Firefox 41 and below.
