There have been many many many reports of cells changing places in Fast Dial.

Pedro Lino notices that this occurs only when in Fixed image size.

He say that you can rearrange in not-fixed and then change to fixed.

This is most interesting and needs further research

As telega uses default sttings only which includes not using Fixed Cell size, perhaps this is why he has never noticed this bug.
