How can I upload tutorials that I have made???
Do I send them to a Mod or is there a button that I'm just not seeing.

Please post in User submissions for graphics related tutorials
When the Tutorial is finished and "approved" it will then moved over to the appropriate Tutorial Section like GIMP.
