Please find a fix for this BECAUSE IT WAS WORKING IN 1.9

and also ( open in background ) doesn't work even when the the option is set to background.but open in new tab will somehow open it in the background. V 2.9

Yeah, please check and correct this problem with about:config.
it is the only annoying problem of this otherwise great extension!

about:config becomes about://config

about:config is located at:

jar:file:///C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/config.xul

but the "ill be careful" button doesnt work... so you cant use that link i guess
