When will be Java image scaling restored in new version ? Its terrible to look on this pixeled normal scaling...

There are in fact two aspects to this question.
---
One concerns what you call normal scaling. This will be improved in the next Version. A way has been found to increase the quality.
There is a thread about this subject here.
There is also a plan to bring back Java.
