Suggestion: Banner or Title Box in Fast Dial

Hi Everyone.
This was a suggestion made by a friend of mine i just expanded it with my own ideas.
You can add your on banners or titles with your images or names.
Also with the option of removing it from preference checkbox.
Would be good to expand userlogos which can have banners with themes and logos.
Below is the image, would like your opinion if you like it or not.
Can ask telega if he can implement it, if alot of people like it.
