Rearranging logos on fast dial page

How can I rearrange my logos on my page? I can't just drag them to different parts of the page? I am looking to get them along the left and right sides of the page only. Thanks!

Click and hold on them, and drag it to the new location.
Remember that to get them on 2 sides of the page only, you need to have the width+height in Preferences set to a large enough # to hold all of your logos (or delete the unused logos).
I was able to do a sample one, worked like a charm.
