Issues with v2.15b4

Hi everyone!
I updated from v2.11 to v2.15b4 and while the new version seems more impressive I’m still not able to set it up like it was in 2.11. Specifically:
1) After restarting FF (v3.0.5 in MacOS and WinXP SP3) the FD page didn’t show up. I had to open it up explicitly by pressing the FD toolbar key. The same is true when I close all open tabs. In 2.11 FD page was opening but now I have to click on the FD button.
2) Then I noticed that all of my bookmarks were rearranged in some unknown order and unfortunately there’s no way to put them back in their original places. I can drag them around but by the time I drop they go back to their previous position.
3) I still cannot figure out how I could adjust the options I was able to in 2.11. I know there’s that new ‘Themes’ option, which I’m sure should be more powerful, but unfortunately there’s not a configuration option for each themes.
I really appreciate your suggestions!

I actually downgraded.
Sometimes newer isn't better!
on #3:
If you know how to program CSS, then it shouldn't be a problem.
However, it is a lot simpler in FD 2.11

Yes this looks like a bug
