By far the most elegant way is simply to move the Full Firefox Profile backup and restore using FEBE
As a second option go to bookmarks/organise bookmarks.
Right click on the Fast Dial folder and select Fast Dial Export.
On your new machine right click Fast Dial Folder in Boommarks and select Fast Dial import.
Not as good as FEBE :-)
