Hard to reorder bookmarks

Currently when you move (drag) one thumb before or after another you will essentially swap them. However, it's rarely what I want - I often want to insert new thumb in between. This is how most/all speed dials behave. Can you change this behaviour, make a setting or add some keyboard modifier for this to take effect?

I actually prefer the way Fast Dial works; every other "new tab" ext does not allow swapping and that makes it harder to organize my bookmarks. With this supporting both modes, I just have to be mindful of the arrows (double for swapping, single for pushing) when I drag&drop.

I recently tested version 4.14 on two separate firefox profiles (one in Firefox 35, one with Firefox 39) and each time I installed it and restarted, it wiped out all my tabs that I had open (including my pinned tabs). Strange behavior, but it worked otherwise.
