Hi,
I've just downloaded FD. It's brilliant. Thanks!
I just wondered, though, if it's possible to change the words "about:blank" from appearing in the tab whenever I use FD? Can I tell FD to call the tab something like "Home Page", for example?

The information below relates to Version 1.x

The name that appears in the Tab in FD 1.x should be the name of the Group that you are in, excepting the Root Folder which should appear in the Tab as "Fast Dial"
If you have downloaded Version 1.90 maybe the following might be of interest to you:
Creating Groups in Fast Dial 1.x
You can change the name of any Group in FD 1.x, by right clicking on the Group cell and going to Properties and then editing the Title Field. If no name is entered when a Group is made it will automatically call itself "about:blank"

something like "Display Tab icon and Title"
if it is unchecked, FD will have no icon, and the title will be about:blank
if checked, it will look like the image in chiaroscuro's above post

I had completely forgotten about that setting.

However it would appear that if you have the following setting in Tab Mix plus:
Any setting that you have in Fast Dial for "Display Tab Icon and Title":
Will produce "about:blank" in the Fast Dial Tab
If the setting in Tab Mix plus is not selected the Tab in Fast Dial will not display the words about:blank unless it is the name of a group.

Used to be "Tab Icons for Locked and Protected" in Tab Mix Plus.

You will find a simple workaround for this problem for Fast Dial Version 1.x
